Blackberry Roasted Pepper fruit vinegar starts with fresh hand picked blackberries, ancho chili’s and bell peppers grown on our organic farm. No heat in this one. Just a nice smokey flavor.
Great on a salad or as a marinade on pork shoulder or beef. Drizzle a little over salmon as a finishing flavor. A slow reduction of equal parts Merlot and this vinegar is wonderful over brie for an easy appetizer.
