Blackberry Roasted Pepper fruit vinegar starts with fresh hand picked blackberries, ancho chili’s and bell peppers grown on our organic farm. No heat in this one. Just a nice smokey flavor.
Suggested uses:
Great on a salad or as a marinade on pork shoulder or beef. Drizzle a little over salmon as a finishing flavor. A slow reduction of equal parts Merlot and this vinegar is wonderful over brie for an easy appetizer.

I use this to make a simple salad dressing. It’s amazing. I use this vinegar with some avocado oil, a little dried~ground mustard, salt and pepper….use my battery operated mini whisk. I pour it over some greens, strawberries, blueberries, feta cheese, walnuts and chicken. everyone LOVES this because of the dressing.
