Our hands-on cooking classes bring the flavors of the Mediterranean to your table. Led by knowledgeable instructors, each class explores how to cook with premium olive oils and aged balsamics — from everyday techniques to special-occasion menus. You’ll taste as you go, learn the stories behind each ingredient, and leave with recipes to recreate at home.
