  1. 1 1/2 tablespoons Olivia's Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
  2. 1/2 teaspoon Olivia's Basil Olive Oil
  3. 6 oz sparkling wine
  1. Add vinegar and oil to a champagne flute and then top with sparkling wine. Enjoy!
