Our Sriracha Mango White Balsamic pairs a soft, sweet tropical mango with a little kick of sriracha heat in a crisp white base. It has a bright, clean character and pale golden colour — so it adds flavour without darkening your dish.
It is an adventurous, sweet-spicy pick — whisk it into slaws and marinades, glaze shrimp, fish tacos or chicken, drizzle it over grain bowls, or add zip to a tropical salsa. Use it alone as an exotic condiment.
Pair it with a savoury, citrus or milder olive oil for a light vinaigrette.
