Olivia Olive Oil is our response to a growing need and desire to enjoy the freshest, healthiest, highest quality, and best tasting cuisine from around the world. We believe in the “farm to table” approach — and that a delicious meal should come with ease.
Why Olivia Exists
Most olive oils on store shelves are old, diluted, or mislabeled. Olivia Olive Oil was founded to change that. We source single-cultivar, ultra-premium extra virgin olive oils directly from award-winning groves in Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy, Australia, Chile, and beyond.
Olive oil has earned acclaim over centuries for its remarkable healing qualities. Researchers have found evidence that olive oil cuts the risk of heart disease, helps fight cancer, wards off arthritis and diabetes, lessens inflammation and pain, and supports memory. We think it tastes great — and we love an excellent extra virgin olive oil as a guilt-free splurge.

Every oil and vinegar in our store is available to taste before you buy. Our knowledgeable staff guides you through the collection — explaining origins, flavor profiles, health benefits, and cooking tips so you can find exactly what you’re looking for.

Christi DeFrance founded Olivia Olive Oil in Franklin, Tennessee (just outside of Nashville) with a simple belief: that everyone deserves access to truly exceptional olive oil — not the commodity product sitting on grocery store shelves, but the real thing, fresh from award-winning groves around the world.
Christi has spent over 15 years building relationships with producers, attending harvests, and developing one of the most thoughtfully curated collections of extra virgin olive oils and aged balsamics.
