Description
This is a rich blend of aged balsamic vinegar with the highest quality black garlic. Black garlic has a sweet and tangy flavor with notes of molasses, tamarind, and licorice. It’s milder than raw garlic and doesn’t cause garlic breath.
The antioxidant properties of black garlic are 10 times stronger than those of fresh garlic. Black garlic is created when fresh garlic cloves are aged at a high humidity (80–90%) and temperature (140–190°F) for 15–90 days. The result is everything you want to drizzle over cheese or pizza. Excellent on veggies or meats, salad, and for bread dipping or the best pasta. Mix with Spicy Parmesan olive oil, any herb olive oil or any citrus olive oil. Very versatile!
