Our Blackberry Roasted Pepper fruit vinegar starts with fresh hand-picked blackberries, ancho chilies and bell peppers grown on an organic farm in California’s Central Coast. It packs light heat and lots of flavor.
It is great on a salad or added to your skillet at the end of a stir fry. Drizzle a little over salmon or fish tacos. A slow reduction of equal parts Merlot and this vinegar is wonderful over brie for an easy appetiser. Whisk it into a lively vinaigrette or marinade to glaze chicken and grilled vegetables.
