Smoked Chili Peach Salsa

- 1 c. diced peaches (about 2 peaches)
- 1 c. diced tomato
- ½ c. diced red onion
- ¼ c. chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp.Olivia's Peach Balsamic Vinegar
- 1.5 tsp Olivia's Chili Smoked Olive Oil
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix to incorporate.
- Refrigerate 2 hours in airtight container.
- Serve with Tortilla or pita chips or try it as a topping for grilled fish or chicken!
