Aged for 18 years in oak barrels and produced in the traditional Modena style. Very diverse, thick and tangy sweet.

Suggested uses:

Drizzle over tomatoes and cheese. This incredible balsamic can be paired with all of our olive oils! Try it in Balsamic Braised Beef Short Ribs.
