Sip, swirl and dip while we guide you through a tasting of 45 different olive oils and vinegars from around the world!  Sip Pellegrino while sampling crackers and cheese with a variety of specialty chutneys, pepper jellies, olives, and other treats. Learn about the groves, how the olives are pressed to make oil, the immense health benefits, recipe ideas, and how to make simple dishes with great gourmet flavor.
